Shipping Policy

Please read carefully our shipping and refund policy, and wrong address policy. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 24hrs of purchasing. NO REFUNDS ON ANY OF PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE.

Order Processing Policy:
Paris Ruby Standard Order Processing Time: Orders are processed promptly and immediately 24hrs of order submission.

Refund Policy:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 24hrs of purchasing.
NO REFUNDS ON ANY Paris Ruby Gourmet PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE after 24hrs.

After 24hrs of payments received, orders are processed for fulfillment and shipping.
For orders received one month or 3 weeks in advance of delivery date, cancellation period is within 24hrs of payments made and received. For orders received within 2 weeks of expected delivery date, in less than a week, or the day before expected delivery dates, are considered rush orders and payments received will be considered confirmed for completion.

Shipping Policy:

Paris Ruby Standard Order Fulfillment Processing time: 3-10 business days- depending on the nature of the order and stock levels available or may need to be replenished. Next day order processing is also available- once stock is available, and order is placed within the business days/weeks.

Shipping is done Monday- Fridays during Business Days and Hours: 9am- 3pm. Excluding Public Local and International Holidays. Shipping rates are subject to change based on carriers shipping and logistic changes.

Jamaican local orders are shipped via couriers Knutsford Express, and Tara Courier.

International Shipping are done via:

Standard International Shipping (2-3weeks)- Jamaica Post International.

Express International Shipping ( Standard Express: 3-5 business days- Most times within 2 business days)- via FedEx and DHL.

Wrong Address Policy:

Clients of Paris Ruby Gourmet are required to provide the correct address before placing an order. Proof read all shipping details provided to us carefully, before submitting. To update the incorrect shipping address, please send an email to: parisrubycakes@gmail.com BEFORE 24HRS expires after submitting orders or Client Care Whatsapp: 1-876-223-8764- Provide order number, name and new address.

*PARIS RUBY GOURMET, is not liable for orders shipped to the incorrect address provided to us, and was not adjusted before 24hrs expiration of order submission- See Processing Time Policy.

Clients will have to submit a new order and new product payments with new addresses.
