Orders are processed within 24 hours of submission. Baked products take 6–8 days to bake, plus 2–3 working days for delivery — roughly 14 working days in total.
Fruitcakes and cake mixes ship worldwide by DHL Express to the address you enter at checkout. Banana bread, bread pudding and cheesecakes are delivered in Jamaica; our delivery agent will contact you to arrange delivery.
Address corrections must be requested within 24 hours of order submission, by email.
All sales are final 24 hours after purchase. No refunds are available on Paris Ruby products after 24 hours.
